My purchase at the Mark began with a deposit in 2018, but because of a delayed closing and the pandemic, I wasn’t able to I wasn’t able to inspect the unit personally until May of 2021. Let’s just say, my thoughts about things had changed after such a long time, and I began to think of selling. I received several postcards from realtors weekly, and I called a few. Sarasota was a very hot market with a dearth of listings.
