The hot housing market in Sarasota is getting widespread recognition with the Wall Street Journal ranking SRQ as the second hottest emerging market in the United States.
Following only Naples, Florida, in the rankings, Sarasota garnered a top position for the markets most appealing to buyers for appreciating value and lifestyle.
Nationally, the rate of home sales has increased to a 15-year high, resulting largely from the stay-at-home effects of the pandemic.
